Standholder applications are taken by phone Mondays - one day or one week before setting up. Any new standholder will be asked to confirm attendance on Monday the day before setting up Tuesday since weather may be a factor in your attendance.

Once confirmed the day before, the standholder will arrive Tuesday morning for placement. A stand will be reserved for the standholder prior to them arriving Tuesday morning.

The office opens at 7 a.m. and the market is advertised from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. November - March, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. April - October. Once set up, the standholder should plan on being open for business during the entire advertised market hours. Table rates are approximately $20 for the day. Parking stands are $25 minimum.
